[Case Study] Mold for Bicycle Parts Requiring a Complex Slide Structure

Cases requiring confirmation of the in-and-out operation of the left and right slides and the four vertical cylinder pins.

We would like to introduce a case study of a mold manufacturing challenge that we addressed. There were issues with sliding and the entry and exit of cylinder pins in all directions, and the structure was very complex, requiring precise temperature control. To address this, we utilized limit switches (electrical switches). We conducted operational control checks and used three types of temperature controllers.
